Job Requirements:

- To coordinate staff’s travel arrangement including flight ticket purchases and hotel bookings.
- To attend to all walk-in guests / visitors professionally.
- To handle all incoming calls.
- To assist in handling office maintenance including office facilities and equipment.
- To provide general administrative, clerical support and other duties

Job Requirements:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, PowerPoint.
- MUST be able to speak and write Mandarin, need to handle incoming calls from China customers.
