**JOB Responsibilities**
- Ability to demonstrate support for innovation and for organization changes needed to improve the organizations effectiveness.
- Ability to take responsibility for your own or the performance of those reporting to you by setting clear goals and expectations, tracking progress against the goals, ensuring feedback, and addressing performance problems and issues promptly.
- Ability to analyze, develop, and propose strategies that will help the organization be more effective, competitive, or otherwise achieves its goals.
- Primary technical on-call resources for hosting operation infrastructure.
- Completion of controlled upgrades / fixes to the infrastructure services.
- Maintain a working level of proficiency with all company core system and services.
- Review and make recommendations for improvements to current infrastructure and solutions.
- To create, read and analyze and proposed for various network architecture diagrams in HQ or Cloud Hosting
- Have the documentation and communication skills that allow them to articulate technical information to non-technical teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical problems, network infrastructure, configure and administer IT related hardware/software issue.
- Ensure all IT related inventory, anti-virus software and other software licensing control is in place.
- Ensure on IT Security / Cybersecurity control for all core system in cloud and HQ.
- Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
- Liaise with external suppliers for the repair of equipment under warranty contract; and buying computer equipment or maintenance.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and the latest developments in IT infrastructure and operations management.
- Collaborate with development resources to ensure compliance with functional designs.
- Assist in incident management and change request processes.
- Manage all help desk-related incidents and reports, including providing direct guidance to customers via helpdesk.
- Assisting HOD IT and contribute to the formulation of IT and Cybersecurity strategies/initiatives aligned with company’s objectives.
- Manage yearly Security Testing, Disaster Recovery for all core system and take part or represent for any meeting or matter arise by regulatory/statutory body.
- Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by CEO, COO or HOD IT.
**Job Specifications/Requirements**:
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong and proven work experience in the IT sector with at least more than 5 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of software development lifecycle SDLC and Cloud technology.
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills/ team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead a small IT team from scratch
- Proven track record in managing IT projects, from planning to execution and delivery.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
