We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our business expansion efforts in the packaging industry. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and fostering strategic partnerships to expand our market presence. Your entrepreneurial spirit, market expertise, and strong leadership skills will be instrumental in achieving our business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in the packaging industry.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and emerging opportunities for our packaging solutions.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders to establish fruitful business relationships and partnerships.
- Build a strong sales pipeline by actively prospecting and generating new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Lead the sales team in presenting our packaging solutions to potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored proposals and quotations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful marketing campaigns and promotional activities that align with our business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitors' activities, and regulatory changes to effectively position our packaging offerings in the market.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable business partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of teamwork, goal achievement, and continuous learning.
- Travel to Singapore and other relevant locations to meet with potential clients, attend industry conferences, and participate in business development activities.
