Your main duties include understanding customer needs, proposing tailored solutions, ensuring timely deliveries, and serving as the communication link between clients and internal teams. Your contributions will be vital in generating new sales and maintaining long-lasting partnerships.
- Understand key customer needs and requirements
- Propose continuous solutions to meet customer objectives
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Act as a communication link between customers and internal teams
- Resolve issues promptly to maintain trust
- Generate new sales for long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for stakeholders
- Present reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives
