Position: Corporate Business Development Manager

Work Location: Ulu Tiram, Johor

Working Hours: 5 days, Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:30pm

Salary Package: 
Basic up to RM 12,000 + Performance Bonus + Medical/Dental + Insurance + Petrol Card + 13th month

Responsibilities:

  • Perform audit, assurance, and compliance work for clients, including analysis of communications.
  • New BD on selling CNC metal to automotive / electronic / hard disk companies etc.
  • New BD on Malaysia local or overseas companies
  • Drive the development of new clientele and business opportunities to support revenue growth.
  • Lead and participate in strategic initiatives and business development projects across key markets
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance the company's market positioning.
  • Manage and coordinate with Business Development Managers across various sites to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and to maximize group-wide business potential
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on market trends, opportunities, and progress of business development activities.

Requirements:

  • At least degree holder in engineering, also acceptable with non-related major but with relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering manufacturing sales
  • Japanese speaker (as company plans to explore sales to Japanese companies)
