Equipment Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for managing the equipment department, ensuring the safe operation of equipment, maintaining equipment in good condition, and improving equipment utilization
- Responsible for preparing relevant equipment documents, including TPM documents, equipment maintenance plans, spare parts lists, maintenance work instructions, etc., and promoting their implementation
- Collaborate on equipment improvement and modification projects according to process and production needs
- Participate in the evaluation, introduction, and release of new equipment.
- Experience in Equipment Maintenance:
- Leverage extensive experience in maintaining and servicing SMT and motorized automation production line equipment to ensure their optimal functioning.
6. Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards in all preventive maintenance activities.
- Align preventive maintenance practices with the requirements of these quality and environmental management systems.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including schedules, tasks performed, and spare parts usage.
- Generate detailed reports on equipment condition, maintenance activities, and recommendations for improvements.
8. Training and Collaboration:
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the maintenance team, focusing on TPM methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and equipment reliability enhancement.
**Skills and Requirement**:
- Proficient in PLC programming (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, etc.), HMI programming (Siemens, Weintek, Pro-face, etc.)
- Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Proficient in Servo system debugging (various brands)
- Proficient in Yaskawa robot debugging
- Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or a related engineering field. Equivalent experience may also be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment management
- Experience in managing equipment teams.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is an add advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
