Production Supervisor

JD:The Production Supervisor's primary responsibilities include overall workshop management and reporting to the Production Manager. Specific duties are as follows:
1. Production Planning: Responsible for production planning, scheduling, and implementation. This includes breaking down production plans into assigned production teams and processes, clarifying production goals and tasks, and ensuring that all production indicators are met on time and with quality.

2. On-site Abnormal Handling: Promptly addressing and providing feedback on abnormalities in production, including those related to output, quality, materials and material loss, machinery and equipment, personnel management, and on-site management.

3. Quality Control: Responsible for quality control, integrating quality control into the production process to ensure that product quality meets requirements.

4. Capacity Planning: Regularly and effectively, scientifically and rationally plan and evaluate the workshop's capacity, output, and production schedule, scheduling each process in a scientific and rational manner to ensure the smooth operation of production.

5. Production Management:1) Responsible for on-site production management, promptly resolving production issues and difficulties. Pre-emptively reviewing the personnel, machinery, materials, and methods involved in the workshop's production process, ensuring proactive management and ensuring the effectiveness and controllability of the production process. 2) Responsible for on-site command, guidance, and personnel arrangement and deployment. Resolve issues arising during the production process promptly, and provide information processing and feedback for any issues that cannot be resolved promptly.

6. Cost Control: Effectively control various production costs, including production materials, auxiliary materials, and office expenses, across each production workshop, to reduce production costs and enhance the market competitiveness of the company's products.

7. Safety Management: Responsible for production safety, ensuring effective prevention of fire, theft, mechanical accidents, and industrial accidents, ensuring production safety.

8. Talent Development: Implement the company's talent development policy and lead the development of reserve personnel, including production team leaders and multi-skilled workers. Lead the skills training of selected team members and workshop personnel.
