**Job Title**: IT Asset Management Analyst
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support ITAM project implementation and collaborate with appointed consultant to establish ITAM framework and processes,

design operating model, and its transition to operation.
- Support all ITAM and CMDB activities that optimize the value, cost, and risk of IT asset life cycles.
- Enhance methodologies and practices for IT asset life cycle management and CMDB in line with best practice

and practical experience as part of a cycle of continuous improvement
- Ensure that IT acquisition and disposal processes (including those of external service providers) are conducted in line

with corporate social responsibility, environmental and technical policies and applicable standards and legislation.
- Provide IT asset management and CMDB data to support preparation of business cases and project budgets to ensure that

they comply with corporate policies, applicable standards, and legislation.
- Administering and executing the configuration management process and to improve Configuration Item ('CI') data integrity

regarding classes, naming conventions, attributes, data sources and relationships.
- Support the implementation and managing production of IT asset life cycle management, CMDB and IT Asset

Obsolescence status reporting, metrics, and benchmarks, while enforcing mitigation and remediation activity.
