Duties:

- Responsible for maintaining the organization’s entire IT state. That covers Hardware Management and Software Management.
- Ensure all hardware and software assets are accurately tracked and recorded in the asset management system and discovery tools. Regularly audit asset records to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Responsible to review and manage the technology obsolescence as per organization policy and guideline.
- Develop and maintain an inventory of all technology assets.
- Track technology changes, availability of updates and vendors’ end-of-life plans.
- Conduct risk assessments on technology to determine approximate life expectancy.
- Create and maintain an end-of-life schedule for all existing inventory. Devise a plan for replacing technology approaching obsolescence.

Requirement/ Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors
- Minimum Diploma or Degree (Any IT Fields)
- Have 3 years of IT Asset Management experience.
- Technical experience in Desktop, laptop, Server & Network assets

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
