**Qualification**:

- Minimum Diploma in IT
- ITIL Foundation certified
- Skilled in:
i. Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Cisco IP phones

ii. Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools

iii. TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, network troubleshooting

iv. Necessary technical skills in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting to support PCs, notebooks, mobile devices (phones and tablets), Cisco IP phones, printers, Windows Operating Systems, Anti-Virus, MS Office 365 Suite, Desktop Management Tools such as Intune - Mobile Device & Application Management and ManageEngine.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking movement of physical assets.
- Coordinate the distribution of MISC assets for new deployments and the end-of-lease (EOL) process.
- Support the MISC asset team in managing printer rental metering.
- Help maintain the software inventory for MISC assets.
- Assist with the installation of Ysoft software multi-function printers for all MISC Group staff.
- Perform at least once yearly asset audit based on each location (hardware and software)
- Use tools such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central and Microsoft Intune to:

- Track hardware and software
- Install patches and updates
- Manage mobile devices and printers
- Support asset lifecycle management.
- Asset deployment and tagging
- Use of BMC Helix ITAM for updates on delivery date, status, custodian, etc.
- Ensure that the equipment (desktops, laptops) is updated with the latest security patches and anti-virus definitions.
- To work with Cyber Security team on checking, monitoring and assisting in any security alerts or incidents.
- Conduct quarterly reconciliation and physical audits.
- Deployment and Repair.
- Deploy new hardware and handle repair or replacement of equipment.
- Collaborate with hardware suppliers for issue resolution.
- End-of-Lease (EOL) Management
- EOL collection and returns and disposal
- Advance expiry notification
- Secure 3-pass data wiping with documentation
- Onsite inspection, packing & return logistics
- Onboarding for new hires
- Prepare the new laptop
- Pack the standard IT equipments/assets into the laptop bag
- Ensure that issuance form are signed by new hires
- Offboarding for leavers
- Collection of leavers laptop and IT assets
- Ensure that collection form are signed by users
- Perform standard equipment removal in various systems (e.g Intunes)

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
