**Job Purpose**:

- Stringent control of access to IT Asset store room.
- Daily tracking of asset movement.
- Update master tracker and asset tool for all assets released out to users.
- Update master tracker and asset tool for all incoming/returned assets.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly report of outgoing and incoming assets.
- Tracking AMF and PCF form returns.
- Stock Movement & Inventory Cycle.
- ITAM Store validates pre-delivery list and assigns asset tags.
- ITAM Store receives delivery of new goods on Wednesdays.
- Verifies asset specs and quantity received.
- Uploads asset details in master inventory and GLPI.
- Performing monthly wall-to-wall to ensure all assets are accounted for.
- Take over new physical machine delivery/acceptance in data centers.
- Establish the acceptance and sign-off process for physical delivery to remote locations by IT & vendor.
- Physical machine decommission to disposal.

**Specific Skills & Competencies**:

- **Education**_:

- Diploma in any related fields.
- **Experience**_:

- 3+ years experience with IT Asset Management processes (IMAC) and store room management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in any Asset Management, preferably GLPI.
- Good written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Technical experience with Desktop, Server, and Network assets will be an added advantage.
- **Certifications**_:

- Any relevant certifications required for the job.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
