**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process payments, claims records, and handle bank reconciliation.
- Manage stock balances, deliveries, and returns for schools.
- Prepare invoices, track collections, and maintain financial records.
- Coordinate with accountants and auditors for financial year-end tasks.
- Maintain attendance records, timesheets, and stock inventories.
- Assist in purchasing, prepare reports, and handle general administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Open to Malaysian citizens only.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, relevant accounting systems, and Google Workspace.
- Minimum proficiency in English: Fair
- Able to work on fixed schedule (8am-5pm)
