**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated E-commerce Key Account Assistant / Marketing Executive to support our Key Account Managers in managing relationships with our top clients in the e-commerce sector. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about e-commerce and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for administrative support, order management, client communication, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to Key Account Managers, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Assist in managing client orders, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Communicate with clients to address inquiries and provide updates on orders and promotions.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and assist with data analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- At least diploma holder in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- **Fluency in Bahasa and English is an advantage.**
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.**

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
