**Primary Objective**:
To achieve Company's financial targets and corporate objectives through innovative product pricing and business insights from portfolio analysis and experience study.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To develop technical & Actuarial pricing (e.g. GLM modelling by using Emblem)
- To perform portfolio analysis and provide regular dashboards to respective committees, task forces and business units to ensure the sustainability in profitability and price competitiveness in the market.
- To prepare regular dashboards and support the distribution heads for intermediaries monitoring and business planning
- To establish, develop and maintain of the Pricing Strategy, Policy, Guidelines & SOP to be adopted by the Company
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports and surveys as requested by regulators (e.g. BNM)

**Requirements**:

Bachelor Degree - Relevant professional qualification and/or degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other related quantitative studies.

At least 5 years in product pricing and lead a team
- Strong analytical and statistical skills
- Good knowledge to the industry and regulatory guidelines and practices in General Insurance
- Good in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge in SAS, Emblem and SQL will be added advantages
