Business Development Executive

Execute marketing strategies to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Identify, approach, and develop new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research and gather industry insights.
- Handle prospects/clients communication and follow-ups including respond to trade and product inquiries.
- Attend to customer’s complaints and troubleshoot problems relating to department.
- Manage and support timely payment collection.
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships.
- Support and participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and expos.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Languages: Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin is preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Passion for sales and client engagement.
**Education and Experience**:
- Minimum Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Heavy Equipment and Machinery industry.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
**Other requirements**:
- Must be willing to travel within Malaysia
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 9:00AM - 6:00PM & Sat: 9:00AM - 1:00PM
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
