Position : Clerk - Contract Logistics/SCM, Customer Service

Location : SP1653-A, Jalan Perindustrian Rembia 2, Melaka World Solar Valley, 78000 Alor Gajah Melaka

Contract : 1 Year (Renewable)

Salary : RM 1,650 - RM 2,300

Working Hours : 7am -5pm (4-3-3-4 shift pattern)

**Job Description**
- Perform Good Received and closed ASN in WMS system within 24 hours.
- Generate Pick List, prepare delivery documents (Delivery Order, Invoices for Custom purpose) and sending POD to customer on time.
- Verifying goods physical in good condition and to ensure all document are correct.
- Report if any physical damage or discrepancy upon received.
- Perform Inventory Cycle count as per customer requirements.
- Generate Cycle Count sheet.
- Prepare customer billing summary and billing document compilation.
- Update daily GR report and Trucking report.
- Communicate with customer on order arrangement.
- Communicate with Custom officer for custom documents endorsement of all inbound and outbound.
- Practice 5S concept and housekeeping are done promptly.
- Ensure ISO standards and procedures are adhered at all times.
- Understand company culture and goals and proactively contribute job efficiency and productivity.
- Any other task assigned from management.

**Requirements**
- Minimum SPM.
- Minimum one (1) year working experiences in warehouse would be an advantage.
- Knowledge on SAP/WMS system will be and added advantage.
- Hardworking and able to work as a team.
- Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,650.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
