1. Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff,including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travelarrangements.
- 2. Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient workenvironment, including managing supplies, equipment, and maintenanceservices.

3. Stock Management:
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control processes, and ensure timelyreplenishment of office supplies and materials.
- 4. Purchasing:
- Handle procurement of goods and services for company use, evaluatingsuppliers, and ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- 5. Shipment Coordination:
- Manage local and international shipment processes, including logisticsplanning, customs clearance, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- 6. Data Management:
- Maintain and organize company records and databases, ensuring accuracy andconfidentiality of information. Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- 7. Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implementsolutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- 8. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to support their operational needs andfacilitate effective communication across the organization.
- 9. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures (SOP’s), maintaining up to date documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,999.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
