Business Development Executive

**What You'll Do**:
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, online platforms, and targeted campaigns.
- **Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients and education partners. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their needs and providing customised solutions.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute innovative strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, and market penetration. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our online presence and reach.
- **Sales & Negotiation**: Confidently present our English courses, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **CRM Optimisation**: Maintain accurate records within our CRM system, tracking leads, client interactions, and sales progress. Use data to inform decision-making and improve strategies.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
