We are seeking a resilient Business Development Executive to support and drive the growth of our company. This role is key to expanding our client base, maintaining strong relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities. - ____________________ Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market research - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies - Work closely with internal teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations - Monitor client feedback and market trends to improve offerings - Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and tender documents - ____________________ Qualifications & Requirements: - Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written) - Mandarin/ Cantonese proficiency is an added advantage - Strong drive and tenacity to pursue and secure new business - Presentable appearance and professional demeanor for client interactions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management and goal-setting capabilities - Effective self-motivation and a proactive work ethic - Strong networking and relationship-building skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - ____________________ Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: RM3,400 - RM3,700 per month - Commission: Earn commission for each project you bring in.
