**About the Role**:
This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assisting for the functions of Account Payable - AP invoices booking, pull AP report for reviewing, check AP Balances, follow up AP invoices status, request SOA and prepare reconciliation on AP.
- Monitor Bank accounts, perform bank reconciliation and ensure account payables are matched in a timely basis.
- Ensure monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and P&L schedules are done in a timely manner and in accordance with the accounting policy.
- Prepare and post monthly journal entries including standing journals, prepayment entries, provision, reclassification, and other journal entries for month end closing.
- Complete the monthly closing activities in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
- Support and provide information for financial audit and tax audit.
- Assists and follow up SLA and Pre-agreement with counter party.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks and administrative tasks which the superior may assign from time to time.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Fresh graduate - Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or anything equivalent
- able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- High level of accuracy, numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadline and longer working hours during month-end closing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team.
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change.
