We are seeking a meticulous and proactive **Admin & Finance Executive** to manage our day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and administrative operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Accounting & Finance**
- Manage **Accounts Receivables** and **Accounts Payables**:

- Perform **daily closing of accounts**:

- Prepare and process **purchase invoices** and **sales invoices**:

- Prompt customers for payments and accurately record all payments received
- Maintain proper **digital and physical filing** of financial records
- Conduct **bank reconciliations** to ensure accurate financial tracking
- Prepare and submit **GST returns** in a timely manner
- Prepare financial reports including **cash flow projections**, **profitability analysis**, **purchasing and sales trends**, **cost analysis**, and **forecasting**:

- Provide **financial analysis** for current and future projects to support decision-making

**Purchasing & Inventory**
- Oversee purchasing of inventory, packaging materials, stationery, and office supplies
- Monitor **inventory levels**, stock prices, and ensure timely replenishment
- Evaluate purchasing trends to optimize cost efficiency

**Administrative Support**
- Handle queries from customers and suppliers promptly and professionally
- Provide general administrative support including **sales invoicing**, **order processing**, **quotation preparation**, and **document filing** (digital & physical)
- Perform **daily data entry** in company systems to ensure up-to-date records

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
- Able to adapt to new computer softwares
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
