1. Greet and direct visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner.
2. Provide assistance and support to facilitate HRAE matters.
3. Prepare comprehensive recruitment package for new employees.
4. Perform current admin and management related work for old and new employees.
5. Ensure smooth process of employees' annual, emergency medical and other entitled leaves as well as form submissions onto the AltHR system.
6. Ensure employees' personal files are updated and organized.
7. Maintain and update active list of staff on Synology Cloud.
8. To ensure all keys and alarm in record.
9. Put on record all the accommodation and transportation staff.
10. Liaise with supplier for staff uniform.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,050.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
