**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Interview Coordination:

- Schedule interviews for recruiters across different regions (APAC and EMEA).

2. Assessment:
3. Background Check:

- Initiate background checks for new hires, liaising with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Track and follow up on background check reports, ensuring timely completion and appropriate next steps.

4. Sourcing and Pipelining:

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

5. Talent Acquisition Projects:
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with the Workday system.
- Experience with sourcing is a plus.
