Account Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Verify that all stock loaded into delivery lorries matches the delivery invoices before dispatch.
Inspect returned goods to ensure quantity and condition match the return notes.
Immediately report any discrepancies, damages, or missing items to relevant departments.
Collaborate closely with warehouse staff and delivery teams to ensure proper stock flow.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all outgoing and returned goods.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse, or logistics environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory systems.
Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse duties as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
