**Responsibilities**:
1. Working in a shift basis (Morning & Evening Shift)

2. Collection Team Supervisor.

3. Daily refund request submission for customers.

4. Resolving daily operations issues.

5. Handle driver calls for any payment related issue (Rotation).

6. Daily Handling Cash & Cheques

7. Work closely with Finance(Backend), Operations & Sales Department.

8. Responds to Sales Department request

9. Verifying daily Customer Credit Term(CCT) requests.

10. Credit CTOS check customers

11. Blacklisting & Watch listing customers

12. Verifying Special Arrangement Customers

13. Daily GR Report

14. Daily In-Transit Report

15. Daily Collection Report

16. Daily Overview Report

17. Communicate with customer regarding payment related issues

18. Submit orders for Credit Terms Partners to review

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience, preferably from Wholesale, E-commerce, or Logistics fast pace environment will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Google Sheet.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
