**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports independently and meet the deadline
- Reconcile account balances and bank statements.
- Handle full set of accounts and other accounting-related tasks including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury and Fixed Asset processes.
- Review, analyses and resolve on those aged AP Aging/ages GRIR/outstanding invoices and AR Aging.
- Maintenance of the FA records and reports for register and retirement.
- Conduct physical count for FA and preparation of FA tagging.
- Accuracy and completeness in inter-company billing.
- Process miscellaneous claims reimbursement.
- Oversee production BOM to maintain up-to-date Standard Cost.
- Performs periodic standard cost revaluation and analysis.
- Assists the production team in resolving any manufacturing activities issues that incur financial impact.
- Coordinate physical stock count and preparing stock variance report/analysis.
- Perform month-end closing and result analysis versus forecast for improvement recommendation.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, statutory, legislative requirement and group policies,
- To coordinate with external auditor to ensure financial statement is completed within the statutory time frame.
- Liaise with both internal and external parties including Registrar of Companies (ROC), Inland Revenue Board (LHDN), Customs Department (RMCD), auditors, bankers and prepare relevant documents.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior and Management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance or its equivalent professional qualification
- Prefers 3-5 years of working exposure in the manufacturing environment
- Ability to handle multi-tasking while ensuring details and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of accounting concepts and principles.
- Proficiency in ERP environment, MS Excel and O365.
- Good Written and communication skills in English, Malay and Chinese.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with all levels.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills, detail-oriented, proactive, the ability to work independently, good team player, and adaptable to evolving business needs
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
