**Job Purpose/Summary**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- To perform all task assigned and ensure all transactions/data/report are issued/updated promptly and correctly. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of Accuracy, Turnaround Time and Productivity to be achieved consistently as stated in Business Goals.
- To perform checking task as assigned - Pre-Checking, Post-Checking & Cross-Checking.
- To conduct training.
- To create/update user manual & SOP timely & accurately.
- To be involved in improvements projects and to perform UAT task on new/enhancement of process/product/system.
- To be able to process 1 core + 2 cross functions.
- To assist Supervisor in daily jobs/reports/projects.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
