Sales Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing sales and administrative support to sales teams and attending to customer enquiries.
- Process all Sales Orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify, examine the defective stocks and coordinate with the Brands and Finance Teams before issuance of Goods Return Note.
- To check the stock level and coordinate with the Brands and Finance Teams in relation to discount margin and credit limits before processing sales orders.
- To collaborate with the Logistic Teams on stock delivery to customers and to update the customers on the delivery timeline.
- Coordinate and follow up on any shortages of stocks before the issuance of Invoices by Logistic Teams.
- To follow up, identify and allocate the stocks to customers upon arrival of shipments.
- Obtain the Purchase Order from customers before the delivery of stocks
- Prepare reports for the Sales Teams when required by the superior or the Management.
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.

**Requirement**
- Good computer literacy and excellent Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). It will be advantageous to have some knowledge of PIVOT and VLOOKUP.
- Experience using Navision System will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work in Subang Jaya.
- Display strong communication skills within the team.
- At least 1 to 2 years in providing sales administrative support.
- On Job Training will be provided.

**Salary**: RM1,715.43 - RM3,727.79 per month
