**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Successfully resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming internal or external businesses and end user's contacts and proactive notification systems.
- Proactively assist internal or external businesses and end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
- Evaluate unique or complex installations or configurations and make recommendations for resolution.
- Articulate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Engages team members for support as required to ensure internal or external business and end users/ clients SLA demands are met.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or bachelor's degree (Non-IT background is acceptable)
- 0-2 years experience in relevant technologies and customer environments. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese

**JOB INFORMATION**

Working Location : Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (8AM - 5PM)

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
