**Internship at Sementra Nature Resort (Hospitality / Hotel Management)**
Join us for an exciting hands-on internship experience at **Sementra Nature Resort**, where you’ll gain exposure to real-world hospitality operations including front office, housekeeping, food service, and administration.

**Internship Requirements**
- Internship must start **from February 2026 onwards**:

- Minimum duration**:3 months**:

- Currently pursuing **Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree** in **Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration**, or related field
- Fluent in **English and Bahasa Melayu**:

- Possess a **valid driver’s license** (advantage)

**What You’ll Learn & Do**

**Administrative Support**
- Update staff schedules, attendance records, and assist with stock counts

**Front Office (Guest Check-In/Out)**
- Assist in guest arrivals and departures, verify reservations, process payments, and share resort information

**Customer Service & Group Coordination**
- Attend to guest inquiries and feedback
- Prepare quotations, handle group bookings, and manage itineraries
- Conduct resort tours and introduce key facilities

**Food & Beverage Assistance**
- Support meal services (breakfast and dinner), set up dining areas, take orders, and serve guests

**Housekeeping**
- Help clean guest rooms and public areas
- Replenish linens and prepare rooms for new guests

**Ad Hoc Duties**
- Restock supplies or assist with linen transport (e.g., to Ipoh)
