Join Sementra Nature Resort for an exciting hands-on internship and gain real-world experience in hospitality operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and administration.

Allowance:

• Diploma: RM800/month
• Degree: RM1,000/month

Requirements:

• Internship starting February 2026 onwards
• Minimum duration: 3 months
• Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Possess a valid driver's license (advantage)

What You'll Learn & Do:

• Administrative Support: Update staff schedules, attendance, and assist with stock counts
• Front Office: Help with guest check-in/out, verify reservations, process payments, and provide resort information
• Customer Service & Group Coordination: Attend to guest inquiries, handle group bookings, prepare quotations, and conduct resort tours
• Food & Beverage: Assist in meal services, set up dining areas, take orders, and serve guests
• Housekeeping: Help clean rooms and public areas, replenish linens, and prepare rooms for new guests
• Ad Hoc Duties: Restock supplies or assist with linen transport
