**Deskripsi Jawatan**:
Comfori Sdn Bhd merupakan penyedia latihan korporat yang berpengalaman dalam menawarkan program pembangunan profesional kepada syarikat-syarikat di seluruh Malaysia. Kami sedang mencari calon yang berkeyakinan, petah berbicara dan bermotivasi tinggi untuk menyertai pasukan jualan kami sebagai **Eksekutif TelePemasaran**.
Anda akan memainkan peranan penting dalam memperkenalkan program latihan kepada syarikat melalui panggilan telefon serta menyokong proses jualan dari awal hingga selesai.
**Tanggungjawab Utama**:
- Membuat panggilan keluar (outbound call) kepada bakal pelanggan syarikat.
- Memperkenalkan program latihan Comfori kepada pegawai HR, pengurus latihan atau pembuat keputusan.
- Menerangkan isi kandungan kursus, tarikh, lokasi dan kelebihan program.
- Membangunkan hubungan baik dengan pelanggan baharu dan sedia ada.
- Menyokong pasukan jualan dalam menukar prospek kepada pendaftaran.
- Mengemaskini maklumat pelanggan dan maklum balas dalam sistem CRM.
- Memastikan sasaran harian dan bulanan dipenuhi.
**Kelayakan**:
- Minimum SPM atau Diploma dalam mana-mana bidang (graduan baharu dialu-alukan).
- Kemahiran komunikasi lisan yang baik dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris.
- Selesa berkomunikasi melalui telefon dan membuat panggilan sejuk (cold calling).
- Mempunyai sikap positif, berdikari dan berorientasikan sasaran (target).
- Pengalaman dalam tele-pemasaran, jualan atau khidmat pelanggan adalah satu kelebihan.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
