**Job Overview**:
The Associate Cost Controls Specialist will assist the Project Controls team in all activities with particular emphasis on cost. The position will report directly to the Project / Cost Controls Manager.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Is responsible for setting up and maintaining communication with the disciplines in the Project team with the purpose of collecting as well as supplying information about the duties assigned to him/her.
- Assists the cost team in setting up internal and external cost reporting, forecasting and change management systems.
- The goal is to provide the best information to project management for timely decision-making and corrective action.
- Under supervision be able to prepare preliminary cost / quantity analysis, assist in setting-up and maintaining a change management system

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Construction or equivalent from an accredited college or university
- Ability to analytically approach problems.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the project organization.
- Must have good organization skill
- Understand contract requirement

**Preferred Qualifications and Education**:

- 1 - 3 years experience in EPC Projects
