Customer Business Analyst

Overall owner to MNC account for end-to-end supply management (include their ODMs network) related to product roadmap, demand, supply, backlog, inventory, daily MNC/ODMs issues like logistics, etc.
- Key contact to MNC/ODMs host team, supply team, planner, logistic, credit and finance related to supply request and order fulfillment activities. It also includes working with cross Geo, Country/Territory, cross organization and other internal stakeholders to drive an effective supply chain model.
- Drive tactical demand forecast accuracy in alignment with supply, gain visibility to MNC/ODMs data like sales strategies, market conditions, production plan, inventory, consumption, salesout data, competition and provide product mix or supply guidance through customer collaboration to help drive accurate demand signal and maximize business opportunities.
- Utilize and support continuous improvements for system, business process, tool and reports.
- Influence MNC/ODMs and internal stakeholders to align with SMG business directions to optimize business opportunities to achieve KPI goals.
- Working with internal teams to ensure Customer Data is accurate, compliant and created in within SLA's. In this role you will be expected to act as the Gatekeeper of our Customer Data.
- Work with MNC host as One team to provide the intelligence and news from the supply chain network.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree preferred. Business, Economics or Supply Chain concentrations preferred.
- 3 to 5+ years related experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to synthesize complex data into a clear actionable conclusions
- A 'can-do' approach and attitude, willingness to take informed risks in order to achieve desired organization and Intel goals
- Ability to quickly digest problems and drive solutions across a dynamic stakeholder base
- Innovative and self-directed
- Flexible and ability to embrace change in a fast-paced environment

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
