Human Resources Internship

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Employee Records & Administration:
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
- Ensure all employee records are organized and confidential.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
Learning & Development:
- Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.
- Help prepare training materials and track participation.
Policy & Compliance:
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Performance Management System:
- Assist in the administration and tracking of employee performance evaluations.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of performance improvement plans.
- Maintain records of performance reviews and ensure timely completion of appraisal cycles.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Pay: RM400.00 per month
