Human Resource Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle and maintain inventory of office equipment & supplies and facilities
- Monitor and update calendar, attendance and leave records
- Handle and manage HR activities & events
- Monitor and update training records and documents
- Manage Administrative and HR related payments, agreements and claims
- Prepare necessary reports and statistics as requested by the Manager/HOD
- To assist the Manager/HOD in any related tasks
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management and or any relevant field, or
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as Administrative / Human Resource or any similar role
- Good personality, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Commands communication skill and exudes a positive image
- Commands good oral and written English, Bahasa Malaysia skills
- Possess good organisation and time management skills
- Able to work with mínimal supervision and demonstrate teamwork
- Able to work on Sundays (abide to Kedah state holiday system)
