Handle full spectrum of recruitment and hiring process.
- Update personnel information of new recruits, resignees, confirmation, salary adjustment, leave, medical leave, allowances, overtime etc are accurately updated into the Employee Master File before payroll processing.
- Responsible for payroll, overtime, shift and other allowances calculation is accurate before input into payroll programme before month end salary processing.
- Liaise and handling with statutory bodies such as LHDN, SOCSO, and EPF. Including to access the statutory portals when require, e.g. i-akaun in EPF, Assist in SOCSO etc.
- Monitor due date & prepare letters for appraisal for staff due for confirmation, promotion, extend of probation etc.
- Orientate new staff.
- To update the organization chart and staff job description consistently.
- To assist in staff disciplinary and grievances issues.
- To assist with employee engagement activities approved by the Management.
- Ensure on time monthly submission of relevant reports.
- Provision of staff data as and when required by superior.
