We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Business Development Research & Support Analyst** to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is pivotal in supporting our business development (BD) efforts through in-depth industry research, lead generation, and outreach. You will work closely with the Director to identify opportunities, strengthen our internal database, and provide organizational support to ensure smooth execution of client engagement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to analyse assigned industries, including trends, key players, decision-makers, and growth factors, and translate findings into actionable BD insights.
- Identify and generate qualified leads to expand the firm’s internal database and pipeline.
- Proactively reach out to industry professionals to map organizational structures and explore opportunities where our services can support their business needs.
- Support the Director with administrative, reporting, and coordination tasks to ensure seamless client and project management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in engaging with senior professionals and decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to synthesise and present research findings clearly.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and consistent in maintaining databases and research records.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin will be a strong advantage as this role supports Hong Kong-based clients.
