As the Promotion Manager at Duhani Capital, you will be responsible for developing and executing promotional campaigns and initiatives to attract new clients, drive trading activity, and increase customer engagement and retention. You will play a key role in shaping our promotional strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging various marketing channels to achieve business objectives.

**What will you do**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive promotional strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, acquire new clients, and stimulate trading activity in line with business objectives and targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align promotional activities with product launches, seasonal trends, market events, and other business priorities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for promotional innovation, differentiation, and optimization.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling promotional materials, including graphics, videos, landing pages, and copywriting, that effectively communicate promotional messages and drive desired actions.
- Manage promotional budgets, allocate resources strategically, and track spending to optimize ROI and achieve cost-efficiency in promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze promotional campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure promotional activities adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Cultivate relationships with external partners, affiliates, and influencers to extend the reach of promotional campaigns and leverage co-marketing opportunities.
- Stay informed about emerging marketing trends, promotional tactics, and industry best practices, and integrate them into our promotional strategies and executions.

**Who are we looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications or training in marketing or promotions are a plus.
- Proven experience of 5 years in promotional marketing, preferably in the financial services industry or related sectors, with a track record of successfully planning and executing promotional campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and promotional tactics, with experience in developing and implementing promotional strategies across various channels.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize promotional performance and ROI.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving, with the ability to develop unique and compelling promotional ideas and concepts.
