Customer Service:

- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
- Generate sales leads.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communications procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Providing product or service information.
- Processing orders, forms and requests.
- Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.

Product Packager:

- Pack, weigh and label appropriately completed product for shipment.
- Inspecting packages to ensure they are not damaged.
- Follow all company guideline regarding packaging to ensure items arrive at their destination / customers.
- Keep complete records of packages including delivery notes, invoices, etc.
- Keep a clean work area throughout the working hour.
- Assisting the production department when needed during peak season. Example: product packaging and product clipping.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
