**Position: HR Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Processing, Performance Appraisal, and other HR administration.

2. Handle Monthly Payroll, Attendance and Leave Management.

3. Handle recruitment process to fill up Production manpower.

4. To keep and maintain an up-to-date HR database, including each employee’s Personal File, Salary Movement, Letters etc.

5. Handling Production employees & foreigners.

6. Responsible to any ad hoc tasks that assigned by the management when necessary from time to time

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of proven experience as a HR Generalist or similar role.
- In depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Able to work under pressure, positive, self-motivated, dynamic, self-discipline, problem solving, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Meticulous, well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in systematic manner.
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage)
- Able to start work immediately is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Malay (preferred)
