**Key Responsibilities**
- Source new materials for product development from Purchasing Dept.
- Perform quality checks on finished products and incoming materials.
- Maintain lab cleanliness and Pilot Plan organization.
- Assist in maintaining Food Safety Management system and documentation.
- Generate innovative raw material ideas and recipes.
- Modify and enhance existing raw materials.
- Design processes for scaling up from lab to production.
- Record experiments, formulations, and results; generate reports.
