**Job Descriptions**:

- Coordinate production workflow.
- Plan and prioritize operations for optimal performance and mínimal delays.
- Determine manpower, equipment, and raw material requirements to meet production demand.
- Check production schedule and strictly adhere to product specifications and standard operating procedures (SOP) during daily production preparations.
- Monitor production output and adhere to production and delivery schedules.
- Participate in weekly production planning and oversee production staff to fulfill purchase orders, production batches, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the business development/sales and marketing team to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct periodic and ad-hoc tests to ensure product quality, including sample examination.
- Manage a library of samples from all production batches.
- Ensure understanding, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System, reporting and recommending continual improvement to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and operational condition of machines and facilities.
- Control and minimize waste and defects to achieve high-quality products in all manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for processes and products.
- Maintain records and retrievable storage of QC analysis retention samples.
- Conduct QC testing, maintain thorough records, and file each production batch.
- Ensure the receipt of products and raw materials aligns with the Halal Approved List.
- Regularly evaluate the Halal Assurance System to ensure its currency.
- Assume leadership in conducting internal and external HALAL audits.
- Ensure that all items possess valid HALAL certification.
- Verify the HALAL status of raw material suppliers.
- Prepare documentation and reports for HALAL committee meetings.
- Supervise and ensure proper organization of all HALAL files and documents.
- Directly participate in the JAKIM audit.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 1 year relevant management experience in food manufacturing industry.
- Possess a Halal Executive certificate issued by an HPB and JAKIM accredited Halal Training Provider.
- Mon-Fri (Full Day), Saturday (Half Day).
- Willing to work in Puncak Alam (Selangor) area
- Willing to travel (Audit/ Training/ etc).
- Have own transport.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QA/QC in Food Industry: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Halal Executive Certificate (preferred)
