**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
- Create and publish job advertisements across online platforms.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist applicants based on job requirements.
- Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee and recruitment records.
- Support HR reporting and documentation tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with online recruitment platforms.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
