Human Resources Executive

**Recruitment**
- Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and social platforms.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and facilitate final rounds.
- Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.
**Payroll & HR Operations**
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Manage attendance, leave, and timesheet records.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, etc.).
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliations and reports.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.
- Support annual performance review and appraisal cycles.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cyberjaya (63000): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
