Account Assistant

Accounts payable and receivable: Managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Invoices: Preparing invoices.
- Financial records: Creating or managing financial records.
- Daily communications: Monitoring daily communications and answering queries.
- Statutory accounts: Preparing statutory accounts.
- Payments, amounts, and records: Ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct.
- Spreadsheets, ledgers, and journals: Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals.
- Cash transactions: Recording and filing cash transactions.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
