**Discover the Role**

The Executive will manage a portfolio of clients and ensure the delivery of the scope of services detailed in the service agreements with our clients. The Executive will also ensure adherence and compliance with all TMF and Department reporting and required processes and filing.

The Executive manages the preparation and maintenance of payroll data to the highest levels of accuracy and ensures it is performed in a timely manner. The client scope of services may include HRIS system management payroll, leave, claims, attendance, etc. Thailand Statutory reporting services are expected.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain each Client file which may include filing folders, work instruction, payroll calendar, trusted source, etc.
- Perform daily work with medium to high complexity, including monthly payroll calculations, payroll registers, final payment calculation, data input in payroll system, witholding tax computation, preparation of employer’s return, provident fund ,preparation of social security filing, employee benefits administration (leave, claims, etc.), HR related matters etc.
- To work collaboratively with clients. Working closely with manager in development and management of an effective and responsive payroll function to the clients;
- Perform statutory submissions.
- Perform banking/payroll fund requests, monitor banking deadlines and ensure timely delivery. Perform bank reconciliation.
- Assist in the startup and manage the administration for new clients.
- Ensure client are invoiced correctly and timely.
- Complete timesheets in an accurate and timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Diploma/Degree holder in Business, HR, Accounting or related disciplines.

**Key Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree holder in Business, HR, Accounting or related disciplines.
- Good command of both written and oral English
- Meticulous, attentive to details and well-organized
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong in Microsoft Excel & logical thinking.
- Working knowledge of the Local Country Employment Act, payroll administration and statutory requirements will be beneficial.
- Experienced in dealing with the customers will be plus.
