Sales Manager

We are seeking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer bases in both the Agriculture and Construction industries.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and optimizing sales strategies to enhance our market presence.
Key Elements to this role include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Identify, acquire and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Drive sales performance by negotiating competitive deals.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customers’ needs and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, product support parts and service, technology and operations, to optimize customers’ satisfactions and service deliverables.
- Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring retention and maximizing revenue opportunities through direct and cross selling.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis to Management.
The skills in you we require:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Mechanical or Automotive field.
- At least 5 years of related selling experience in Agriculture or Construction industries.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly result oriented and aggressive personality.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
