**Position Overview**:
As a Administrative Assistant, you will responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of an organization, department, or team. This role involves handling a variety of tasks to facilitate smooth day-to-day activities while supporting management and staff in achieving business objective.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To review current Administration procedures and processes and provide recommendation for improvement.
- To greet and deal with all initial inquiries
- To answer telephone inquiries, to provide accurate and relevant information.
- To photocopy a range of materials as required.
- To carry out document filing, maintenance and retrieval
- To manage and prioritize workload and able to meet conflicting deadlines
- To provide support to other departments as and when necessary
- To record and maintain accurate information and all paperwork is correctly processed and recorded

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Possess not less than an SPM in any field.
- Preferred 1-year experiences administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Understanding of office procedures and general administrative requirements.
- Ability to use office equipment such as photocopier, fax machine and others.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate ability to work effectively in consultative and team environment.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both oral and writing.
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills with accuracy and attention to details.
- Discretion and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive issues.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday: 8.30 am - 6pm
Saturday: 8.30 am - 1pm

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
