**Job Descriptions**:
- Establish and maintain training system: Create a training system according to the company's overall direction and goal, including system establishment, resource integration and operation management.
- Expand training channels and resources: Accumulate training experience and materials, develop training topics and training materials, work up training plans, and expand training methods.
- Customized and localized training materials: According to the company's overall service quality and employee training needs, formulate and organize the effective and suitable training materials.
- Key person of O-Learning online platform: Create, update, and maintain the OPPO online training platform, including activities, courses, activity, etc.
- Product Training Planning: including new product training strategic, training progress follow up, internal and external training arrangements.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least a Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Words and Power Point
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
- Well-organized with strong time management skills
